Immerse yourself in another period in time through music and place. The Morris-Jumel Mansion is Manhattan’s oldest remaining residence, a physical testament to the history of the city and our nation. Double Entendre will fill the halls with music the first owners, the Morris family, might have enjoyed while hosting their summertime parties and dinners. Come and enjoy for yourself! Music by Boismortier, Fasch, Handel, Heinichen, Mouret, and Roman. Be sure to stay for the tour afterward.
